Australian Exhibitions & Conferences Pty Ltd does not endorse and has no relationship with Expo Guide which produces the Fair Guide website. We have not given permission for this company to use our name or trademarks on information that the company distributes by mail, fax or by any other medium.

Expo Guide joins Fair Guide in claiming to offer online listing services. They use a form which resembles an organiser's free catalogue listing service, inviting exhibitors to complete the form for an entry in an on-line directory. Included in their group is debt collection agency Gravis Inkasso Gmbh and Swiss debt collection agency Premium Recovery AG (a Construct Data subsidiary) which works in partnership with the various guides to intimidate exhibitors into paying for publication services that they may not be aware of.

If you receive communications from companies other than us which uses our name or the name of any events we organise, or alleges any other connection with us, DO NOT sign the form, unless you fully understand all the terms and conditions.  Some of the terms and conditions of the agreement attempt to extract substantial payment which has nothing to do with your involvement in Decoration + Design. 

Our advice is that these practices contravene a number of regulations under the Trade Practices Act and that the Expo Guide, Fair Guide and associated companies have not sought permission from the Organisers to contact exhibitors.
